I covered card stock with one of the dog print backing sheets. I then printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
I added the bowls and bones strip at the bottom of the card and stuck the "Happy Birthday" tag at the bottom centre.
