The Playful PuppyCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base onto the top of a purple C5 card, below the design base i added some pink bows, i then made up the design, this i did using 3mm sticky pads, and i finished my card by adding the best wishes sentiment at the top left, this is a terrific design which could be used for alot of ocassions, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
