I cut out the design and decoupaged it as directions. I then matt and layered it onto blue paper then silver textured card. I decorated the edges using a bone and paw punch. I applied it all to a white tent style card.

The birthday wishes were added to the front also matt and layered in the same way and applied with raised sticky pads to allow the card to stand open.
