Spot the Dogs!Completed by Susan Smith

With this design i placed the main design base on a light blue C5 card, in the middle, so to leave a blue border around the design, i then added black wavy borders to the edges of the main card, and a gold happy birthday sentiment under the just for you, i then built up the decoupage to finish, this is a great design for any lady or child and for any occassion.
