I first printed onto a glossy photo paper and cut out the pattern pieces I wanted to use.

I used a nice grade scrap book paper and used a few blue roses on the side. I formed the card to fit the pattern and layered the main piece and decoupage and added them. DST on the main pattern and then foam tape was used fir the decoupage. Lastly i added the doggie necklace. There is a matching light blue design with blue roses on insert.
