I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage parts and double sided tape to assemble the card.
I printed "Happy Birthday" on cardstock and cut around it in the shape of the bone and adhered it with foam pads.
I attached the card topper to a blank, pink, card. The perfect card for a little girl that loves puppies. The depth of the decoupage is outstanding!
