Cute Dog 7x7 Card with DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach Topper to a wheat coloured textured matte. Used DST to attach to an 8x8 white scalloped edge card. Using foam pads I built the decoupage.

I then used DST to attach sentiment to bottom of card. This is a lovely design and easy to make up.
