For YouCompleted by Handmade By Carol

This very cute topper was mounted on to bright green card that was edged with silver peel offs, then a wide green satin ribbon was attached round the backing card.

The text panel was mounted on to silver mirri, cut round and a clear silver text peel off was added.

This was then attached to a 10" x 7" cream card and the decoupage layers were added using pinflair glue.
