I printed onto good quality glossy photo paper.
After cutting all the elements out I glued the backing paper inside a good quality aperture card.
The smaller picture I off set onto the card, and layered the decoupage using silicon glue.
Card has matching insert with message "With all best wishes on your birthday hope you have a good one"

A great card for many occasions for friends or family. Layer up the decoupage layers, or use as a large topper and use the other pieces for another project. Message tags say Happy Birthday
