Scottie Puppy 3D Decoupage with BackgroundCompleted by Janet Savage

I printed the sheet onto photographic paper, cut the background in half and mounted onto black card, cut out the topper and mounted onto red mirri and decoupaged the doggie, tied a red ribbon around the card, positioned the mounted elements, added the paws strip,added the computer generated messages(also mounted on black card).

Finished - a lovely card to make thank you.
