Happy Dog with Stick 3D Decoupage with BackgroundCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

I printed this sheet onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. I mounted the backing paper onto an A5 card with DST, leaving a 5mm border all around the outside. I stuck the paws border at an angle with DST and added the backing plate and the sentiment to it with DST.

I mounted the base layer of the decoupage at an angle with DST and layered up each piece using silicone gel.
