Golden Labrador Puppy 3D Decoupage with BackgroundCompleted by Katie Silver

I made up the decoupage and mounted the finished topper onto some off white paper trimming to leave a narrow border.

I covered a 13.5cm.sq. card with the backing paper and fixed the topper towards the top left corner.

I added a double row of wavy white peel offs down the right hand side and across the bottom and finished off with a black greeting.
