I used a pink pearlescent A5 card blank and added the heart backing paper (cut with a scalloped edge) centrally.

After making up the decoupage I fixed this to one side and on the other added the blank sentiment topper with silver peel off message.

To complete I used a larger silver peel off sentiment.
