Border Collie 3D Decoupage with Background

I printed the picture and decoupage onto good quality glossy photo paper.

After cutting out all the elements,using a good quality aperture card I inserted the backing paper and glued it in place.

I then layered the decoupage onto the smaller picture which I off set onto the card using silicon glue.

The card has a matching glossy insert with a short message "Wishing you a very happy birthday"
