Vintage Cat Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed this cute design on a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a matching base card in a White colour. I glued the main design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads.

A Quick and easy card to make out of this cute and Lovely design. I recomend this design to all of you! Enjoy your card making!
