Purrfect Playtime Card Front with DecoupageCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I scored and folded a square white card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I layered the greeting onto a piece of the ribbon, supplied in the design, with thin foam tape and then attached it to the card with double sided tape.
