Some call them 'grey hairs', I call them 'platinum highlights, Happy Birthday, What's new pussycat?, purrfect!
A grey haired (I mean, platinum highlighted) cat sat on a pretty rose paper background with roses embellishment. Choice of sentiments plus decoupage elements for a touch of 3D.

I printed and cut out all elements,I then matted the base design onto a cream blank card,I added the decoupage with foam pads and finished off by adding blue ribbon with a silver buckle attached to represent a cat colllar!a lovely design I,m sure the sentiment will bring a smile.
