Happy Birthday Friend - Cute Kittens Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Marion Enefer

Cute kittens for this topper. Printed, cut out and attached base design to a dark blue backing before adding to my card blank. Added layers with silicone glue. Added 3 matching handmade flowers from Carol Byers to finish the card. Really sweet card.
