I PRINTED THIS ON WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT AN USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD TO FIT THIS. I GLUED A BACKGROUND TO THAT. THEN I GLUED THE ART WORK ON TOP OF THAT. I MATTED IT WITH COPPER METALLIC PAPER.
I USED ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
