I printed this design onto smooth white card,then cut out all the elements,I took a blank white card and matted with a pale green card to this i attached the base design with d/s tape,then built the decoupage layers with foam pads,to finish I added some ric.rack tape and a greeting,makes a lovely finished card,suitable for many occasions.
