Sweet Kittens Card Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. I cut out the elements, and used DST to attach the Topper to a pretty edged white card. I then used foam pads to add Decoupage. I put Crystal Glitter on the flowers, and stuck the sentiment to the top of card.
A very sweet design, making into a lovely card.
