6" x 6" Cat in Basket with Decoupage Card TopperCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms, a bow, butterflies and a greeting. A gorgeous design in bright cheerful colours.
