Cute Fluffy Kittens with Roses Decoupage 4Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached the design to the card using thin foam tape.

I added a gold peel off greeting to complete the lovely card.
