I printed this design onto quality card,I then cut out all the elements,added the base design to a scalloped card,then built the decoupage layers with foam pads,I attached the butterfly in the centre and pinched the wings added a little glitter and some pearls,and finished with a bow.A lovely bright and colourful design.
