I matted the base picture onto gold card and trimmed to leave a thin boarder.

With a white blank card I folded the front back on itself and covered half of the front of the card and the inside with a similar coloured backing paper to the design,I then added pink and gold peel off corners to the front and inside of the card I then mounted the design to the front half of the card so that it overlaped and then finnished with the decoupage and the Happy Birthday sentiment.
