Cat by the Garden Seat Watercolour DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
I resized the image to print at half A4. Mounted the topper on to a pink pearl DL card and layered all elements. Added a punched border and velvet ribbon to the base of the card, some glitter and finished with a greeting and two of the butterflies.
A very pretty design, will suit many different occasions.
