Easter Bonnet Card with DecoupageCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I glued the main design on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card. I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on with CUP´s STIX2 5mm5mm2mm Sticky pads.

I punched out Little hearts in a Heavenly Blue colour that matched the design and glued it on using a Glue stick.
