I printed out the sheet on to medium weight card stock,attached the card front on to an A5 card blank and decoupaged using 2mm foam tape and pads.I mounted the greeting topper on to a piece of white card to frame it, added a peel off greeting and some card candi to decorate.

A gorgeously cute card that any little girl would love to receive!!
