Birthday SurpriseCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Baby / Toddler
Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements, and used DST to attach the topper to a White card. Using foam pads, I added the Decoupage. To finish I stuck yellow gems in the middle of the flowers. I put some gold glitter on the top of Baubles.
A wonderful design, and makes into a pretty card.
