White Budgies & Roses Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionFloral / Floral Roses
I printed on to photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a punched mat, then on to a 12cms pink card. Layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms and gems. A gorgeous design to suit a variety of occasion.
