This is a very pretty card top, of two little birds sitting on a lilac branch, on a blue plack, and background that can be used for a variety of occasions,
This is an easy decoupage to cut around

I printed the sheet out onto matte Crafty Bob cardstock and cut out the pieces. I took an 8" square, white, Crafty Bob base card and stuck two white paper doilies to it using fingerlift tape, placing them top left and bottom right.
Onto this I stuck the base image, again using fingerlift tape. I attached a greeting "Penblwydd Hapus" - Welsh for "Happy Birthday", and the topper layer, to the card using 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape.
I then shaped the two birds and attached them in place using glue gel.
