Here's a fantasy style eagle, framed on a watercolour of Yosemite, with decoupage elements and choice of two sentiments plus a blank for your own message.

Copied to glossy photo paper and all the elements cut out. Matted and layered to cream card and deep plum card stock using wet glue. Added the decoupage and greeting using d.s.foam tape. I inserted some feathers under the greeting, some glitter and a gold border.
A quirky design that will bring a smile to someone's face and brighten their birthday. I added the tag Fly like an Eagle to the inside of the card.
