I printed out the sheet, then cut it out and added the base onto the card with DST, the other elements I added with foam pads.

Printed image on glossy photo paper and cut out components. Cut turquoise card. Cut red second layer. Cut white top layer, embroidered and water coloured this and assembled image components.
Used brads as flower centres and further enhanced card with gold corner and border stickers and made musical notes with hobby dots.
