Cut red basic card. Cut blue second layer. Cut white top layer and embroidered it with fantasy flowers. Assembled the parrot decoupage in the centre of the embroidered top layer. Used 2 punches to make 6 red & yellow flowers which I glued in two of the corners.
Added a couple of small gold flower stickers in each of the other 2 corners.
