Owl on a Fence 3D Decoupage with Tag BrownCompleted by Margaret Swann

I printed this on glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage which I layered using foam pads. I put glitter gold peel offs round the edge of a cream card blank and attached the finished piece using double sided tape.

A great card especially for owl lovers.
