I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut out. Mounted the main image on to silver grey pearl card using DST, then decoupage the remaining images with silicone glue.
Selected the sentiment I wanted and added this with foam pads.
To finish I just added a few brown candi's to the corner.
