Hatching Easter Chick and Bunny with DecoupageCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this sweet design onto photo card and cut out and layered the image using 3d foam pads. I added yellow fluffy feathers, a blue bow and pearl detail with a hint of glitter. I matted the design onto yellow and white card - a gorgeous card for easter!
