I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I slightly resized the base image by trimming away some of the border above the blank panel and then added it to an A5 card before adding the layers and a caption using sticky pads.

I completed the card with some blue peel off borders. The card can also be completed with BEST WISHES, THANK YOU, or GET WELL SOON captions. Just let me know.
