Cockatiel 3D DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with grey paper, the matching cockatiel paper cup36264_15, a feather paper cup868373_19582 and the seed border. Mounted the topper on to a die cut mat, then on to my card. Layered all elements. Added a sentiment and my own word to the blank tag to personalise. Absolutely gorgeous.

My finished card is 8x8 inches square
