Blue Owls Card with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Daughter
I printed on to matte photo paper at a slightly reduced size. I chose a 7x7 card and covered with a leaf patterned paper with punched and rounded corners. Mounted the topper centrally and layered all elements. Added blossoms, gems, a bow and a greeting.
A gorgeous design to suit a variety of occasions.
