Bird Garden Card Front and DecoupageCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I printed the sheet on matte photo paper, after first resizing it down a bit to fit a 5x7 card, allowing for a border on 3 sides.

I punched a deep lacy border on a piece of stash cardstock, then adhered it to the card with DST.

I wrapped the card front with wide taffeta ribbon, sticking it in place with DST and hiding the ends under the base image, also stuck down with DST.

The second image, and the sentiment, were attached with thin foam pads, and the decoupage with silicone. I then punched several tiny flowers from coordinating papers and from some of the decoupage items that I hadn't used, shaped them, then scattered them about, attaching them with silicone.

Finished with some glitter glue centers on the tiny flowers and a velvety cord.
