Balloon BirdCompleted by Donna Ritchie

I loved the colours of this design and the bird - I can't help smiling whenever I look at him.

The various pieces are easy to cut out and layer using foam squares. The balloons extending over the top of the design give it a wonderful point of interest.

A great design for party invitations, a birthday wish (especially a belated one) or just to wish someone a happy day.
