I printed this design onto glossy photo paper and mounted the topper onto a red pre-made card.

I then cut out all the elements shaped and decoupaged them onto the card using double sided foam squares. The peacock tail was also shaped and decoupaged using the foam squares, but I glued the top of the tail to the body to add more dimension. Finally, I added very light layer of red and blue Stickles over the dots of the tail.
