Female Birthday Card or Special OccasionCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card, cut to shape with DST, added decoupage with foam pads, and finished with clear glaze to china and pearls, and gems and pearls to roses.
A beautiful design for all ages.
