I printed the sheet on good quality white card stock and cut out all the elements. I then layered the ovals on top of one another with foam pads. I used eyelets on my sentiment and with the help of ribbon and foam pads added it to the topper.

I glued the topper on silver card for an extra bit of bling. I also highlighted the hairbands of the girls with stickles for an extra bit of sparkle.
