I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out the elements. Foam pads were used to decoupage and double sided tape was used to adhere the card front and the matching insert (cup361632_68) to a blank, white, card.
Three matching bubbles were used on the blue border strip.
This is a very cute birthday card that could easily be used for other occasions as a blank tag is provided.
