I printed this image onto a sheet of 123g smooth decoupage paper,then mounted the main image to blue backing paper from cup352864-8,then cut around the backing paper leaving a border,then mounted this to some vivid blue paper,and mounted it to a scalloped card,decoupage up the front of the card,added glitter pearls,and blue swirls.
