Printed the design on to Crafty Bob's gloss paper and cut out the decoupage. The image was matted to gold card and stuck to a lemon A5 card. The decoupage was built up using silicone glue. Glitter glue was added to the centre of the flower and around the numbers.
Clear gems and a Happy Birthday sentiment completed the card.

I printed the sheets and cut out the images. I mounted onto my scalloped edge card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
