Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. Attached the bookmark to another piece of white card and fixed a handmade tassel to finish. Attached the base picture to the main card with d/s tape and added the decoupage pieces with foam pads to finish.
A lovely card for the trendy 18 year old.
