Cutout all elements decoupaged flowers with foam pads, added glitter to flowers and glossy accents to centre when dry i coloured the glossy accent with a green promarker, i boarder punched 2 backing papers and applied to a A5 white card, added the image and sentiment, and a bow with a glass flower.

Makes a stunning card.
